Safe Life Acquires Team Life, Expanding Presence in the U.S. Northeast

For more than three decades, Team Life has specialized in the sales, service, and solution program management of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), while also providing CPR, first aid, and emergency response training to both laypersons and healthcare professionals. As an authorized American Heart Association Training Center, Team Life operates multiple training locations throughout Central New Jersey and has established a strong regional presence in AED deployment and compliance services.
Founded in 1994 by Jim Schatzle, an EMT, firefighter, and paramedic, Team Life has built a reputation for excellence through its commitment to saving lives, improving emergency preparedness, and expanding access to life-saving equipment and training. Under Schatzle’s leadership, the company has become a trusted partner to Emergency Services, schools, universities, healthcare organizations, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and private-sector clients throughout the region.
