Safe Life Acquires Cascade Training, Establishes U.S. West Coast Training Hub

Stockholm, Sweden and Seattle, WA, U.S. – March 18, 2026

Safe Life, a leading provider of life‑saving solutions with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, today announces the acquisition of Cascade Training, a Washington‑based provider of resuscitation, safety, and compliance training.

Founded nearly 25 years ago, Cascade Training serves individuals, healthcare organizations, public safety agencies, and corporate customers with a broad portfolio of resuscitation and safety programs. Cascade is an authorized training center for the American Heart Association, Emergency Nurses Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Physicians, and several other healthcare and workplace safety organizations. Through a training network spanning California, Oregon, and Washington, Cascade credentials more than 100,000 individuals annually and offers a wide range of continuing education options.

Cascade was founded by Paul Regalia, a Registered Nurse and Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic, with the conviction that it was possible to combine the highest standards of training quality with a patient‑care–focused approach, ease of access, and cost‑effective delivery. These principles have remained central to the company since its inception. Over the years, Cascade has expanded both organically and through acquisitions, establishing multiple training sites across the Pacific Coast States.

Safe Life is acquiring Cascade from a group of owners primarily consisting of Seaside Equity Partners, LLC, together with existing management.
